I am an account holder in your bank for more than 1 year . My current account no.[protected] and debit card no. [protected] is opened in your bank . I want to bring this into your kind attention that I made a transaction of 1500 rupees to [protected]@sbi on 6 Oct 2020, at 7:22 pm. The transaction Id is:[protected]. But, amount didn't reflect in receiver account, but the amount has been debited from my account. So, please help me by refunding my amount. Please, help me out from this problem as soon as possible.
Thing is that I have emailed you before but you didn't take any action. So, please help me out from this problem and refund my money as soon as possible.

IndusInd Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
As per the update, we understand that you have remaining balance of Rs 2250 in your loan account. On remittance of this amount the deal gets closed and NOC will be issued.
