I finance a Hero Passion Pro Bike [OR-02-AY 3288] from Induslnd bank. I have Clear Time to Time all my Dues payment for the same but till date Bank not provide My No Objection Certificate to clear the further documentation. Kindly help me in this regard.

    Because of some family reason i put instant relieving after took confirmation from my branch manager and my RSM . But now they told that i haven't serve the notice period so they are putting my F&F on hold but i gave instant relieving.
    IndusInd Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Please revert . Don't ignore you are responding issues after mine but not mine.

      Hello, i finance a seplender plus from indsind bank. Whose Name is Satish Kumar .Or Bike Number (HR02 AA 7636) I had also given documents on 24/09/2020 and paid the fees.
      I have clear all my dues for the same but till date bank not provide my no objection certificate still not received till to date... Customer satisfaction is very poor service... loans division could not respond properly... Today very urgent loan clear certificate my bike loan clearence certificate..         Dear sir/medam as i had taken persnol loan in ur bank, Due to covid i was not able to clear my 2mnths emi & a person called from ur bank on (10/10/20)to pay outstanding emi than i told him will pay on (14/10/20)so again he started argiving with me in very loca language, used abused words, this is 3rd time happened with me like this so kindley do the needfull, if i not get any response from ur end then will go to local police station & file a complaint.

          Dear Sir

          We have applied for the Duplicate Copy Of NOC against our vehicle on Dated :- 06-August-2020 which was financed by you inspite of clearance of all obligations which was pending aginst such financed vehicle

          We have no dues against our vehicle and the loan was already closed by paying full dues

          Also We have requested to you for issuance of duplicate NOC twice by submitting the requisite document

          But this matter is pending by more than 3 months (approx.) and no action has been seen from indusind bank.

          We have mailed to noble site, they replied us that the noc will be issued on 17 oct. But it's still not recieved by the branch. Again we mailed & they requested for 7 days time. But i can't wait for 7 days. I've already waited approx 3 month.

          We request you to please look into this matter on pripority basis

            My credit card limit is 100000. I made a purchase of Rs. 25000 on Oct 2019 with EMI option. I paid 2 EMI till Dec n on the same month my card is been blocked by the bank.

            I called customer care n bank continuously for activating my card or for a solution but both the department didn't turn up even after 2 months. I stopped my payment after Dec 2019. By Feb customer service started calling me back asking for making the payment but I informed them unless and otherwise my card get activated, I won't pay the money.

            Then on March Covid issue came and lost my job. Till this moment iam jobless.

            Meanwhile several persons called me for making the payment and saying that they will move legally and my account willl goto NPA etc etc.

            I told them my situation and when I arranged some money, I contacted all of them back thru whatsapp but they never turned back till this moment.
            Right now 25k after paying 2 EMI has become around 50k. I'm not in a position to pay the money.
            I need a settlement...I'm ready to pay back what I have borrowed without interest as it's not my mistake but it's the bank...
            Hope I will get a solution atleast in this stage. Please support.

              I am an account holder in your bank for more than 1 year . My current account no.[protected] and debit card no. [protected] is opened in your bank . I want to bring this into your kind attention that I made a transaction of 1500 rupees to [protected]@sbi on 6 Oct 2020, at 7:22 pm. The transaction Id is:[protected]. But, amount didn't reflect in receiver account, but the amount has been debited from my account. So, please help me by refunding my amount. Please, help me out from this problem as soon as possible.
              Thing is that I have emailed you before but you didn't take any action. So, please help me out from this problem and refund my money as soon as possible.

                Dear Ma'am/ Sir,
                This is to inform you that I am a credit card holder of Indusind bank. I have been a regular customer and always paid the bill on time before the due date. But in this COVID-19 crisis I lost my job. But till the month of march, I paid all the bills on time. Now, the collection team is after my life for the payment. I already informed them that I am a jobless, but would pay your dues once I get the job and salary. But they are not ready to listen to me. They are forcing me to make the payment at any cost. Due to this harassment calls, I met with an accident and my car got damaged badly. The card number is [protected]. Request for your intervention as my life is in trouble.
                Your early action in this regard would be highly appreciated.

                Today, again the credit card collection team started harassing and threatening ( mob no - [protected]). I am only asking them for some time only as I am jobless currently and fighting for bread and butter for my family. But they are creating unnecessary pressure. Would request for your intervention, pls.

                  My account has debit freeze status from long bank and i have visited bank many times so that i can withdraw money by removing this debit freeze but everytime the employees are saying that there is a debit freeze. I have done kyc twice still they are not removing the debit freeze status.

                  I thinh this is not a trustable bank as i have seen many complaints like this type .

                  I am calling customer care continuously but they are also hanging up call.

                  My netbanking is not opening.

                  They have freezed my everything.

                  I feel like cheated.

                    Not Offering EMI on My Outstanding

                    Am using the IndusInd Bank Credit card from since 2017, I have done one transaction on 03.11.2018 amount of 101700/- But due to my financial problem am unable to clear the amount at a time & I am regularly paying the Min amount without fail till date almost I have paid 110698/- of Min amount till date. Am not in a positions to pay EMI amount at that time so I dint convert it into EMI.

                    My Credit card limit is 38000. During moratorium period i have applied for moratorium and i have not paid minumum dues till august 31st. later after 31st august they started generating the bill with all charges with out late payment fee but with over limit fee. after this there was a huge pressure to me for making minimum due before my last date of payment. When i asked the reason they said over utilized. Which I have not done from my side. due to their huge pressure i have made minimum due along with over limit fee for august and september month before due date. Now again in Oct month bill generation again over limit fee is added due to which again it has crossed the limit. When i called customer care for a querry, they are telling some idiotic answer like only late payment fee will be waved off due to moratorium that too only august. after over limit fee is applicable as per conditions. Even for August and sep 20 i paid minimum due along with over limit fee thinking that it has come below the limit. But for Oct month also they are giving an idiotic answer. Where as when we minus the over limit fee in october month bill it was below the credit limit.

                      This bank is giving sms stating as yearly membership charge on blocked card . It is blocked about 1 yr back and since then there is no monthly statement at all. So I thought it is fine. But on 8th Oct, 2020, I got an sms stating as "Dear Customer, the 03-OCT-20 e-Stmt for your IndusInd Bank Credit Card no. XX6005 is delivered to your email ID The Total & Min amt due are INR 236 DR & INR 100.00 respectively. Pls check Spam or Promotions folder, if not delivered to your Inbox. To view or request for your Credit Card E-Stmt, login/download the IndusMobile App: ". Though they dont send any mail connecting with blocked card. After consulting with customer care they disable my blocked card and getting sms "Dear Customer, as per RBI guidelines, International transactions on your IndusInd Bank Credit Card ending 6005 have been disabled. To enable, click _____".

                      Now my question is total system of this bank is wrong.
                      Why we pay yearly account charge on a blocked card.

                      So please examted me from paying this yearly membership chrges INR 236 on a 1yr back blocked card.

                      It is resolve as I got an sms as "03/11/20 Stmt Alert: Total Amount Due on your IndusInd Bank Credit Card XXXX6005 is INR 215.94 CR and Minimum Amount Due is INR 0.00, payable by 23/11/20". So this is 215.94 CR amount means i will be refunded. After contacting to customer care, they had refunded the amount directly to my bank account. Thanks team

                        I have applied for card but received card after 3 months with due amount. I haven't used card not even once but the bank has charged with 4935.79 rupees. I tried to reach the customer care but no luck. Customer care numbers doesn't work and even dropped emails regarding the concern. Very poor service and unjustified due amount. Please don't consider Indus Ind Credit card and I don't recommend to anyone.

                              Hi Team,

                              I am Niraj Kumar Singh from Jharkhand. I had financed my super splendor bike with IndusInd bank with the loan a/c no- BDJ01026H. This loan a/c was closed on 02/07/2015, but till date I didn't receive the NOC paper from your bank representative after so many follow up.

                              Now the bank representative with whom I am in touch is telling that you have taken the NOC, and when asking him about showing me the proof that I have collected it he is telling I don't have the register.

                              I need NOC so that I can remove HPT from my RC.

                                I, Abhradip Ghosh, did one transaction of 23400 Rs from my indusind bank account to United Bank of India Account at 02.10.2020 morning.

                                After successfully entering the transaction password, the app is showing transaction timed out and my entire amount of 23400 got debited from my Indusind account but not got credited to the target UBI account.

                                Indusind bank authority, please take an action on this matter and take it as high priority as it is quite emergency.

                                  My indusind bank account was frozen on 25/09/20. I called customer care executives they asked me to visit indusind bank with pan card and adhar card. The bank is 30 kms from my home, still I visited and submitted the documents and a letter. Till today (30/09/20) my account was still on frozen. Customer care executives suggested me to visit bank again.
