Indusind Bank — personal loan closure

As per company rules I submitted cheque with bank letter to close personal loan. After 10 days I checked that loan is not closed. When I visited bank at that time bank employee told me that by mistake he wrote wrong account number in slip so cheque was not clear and also he forgot to informed us for revised activity.

Now bank tell me that you have to pay interest of all these days.

Why I should pay interest. It is bank mistake then why they charged me??

No one bank employee pick the call and update status. I submit bank complient but after 10 days no one answer me.

I want to apply another loan and due to this pending loan, I cannot apply for that.

I am suffering from 1 month due to bank mistake.

As per recent call from Bank Manager Mr. Ravindra Thakkar, client has to paid penalty otherwise bank will charged all EMI due and late payment fees.

It mean clear that, if bank done any mistake but charge will be taken from client.

It is clear cut blackmailing. It is bank mistake in writing account number but approx 8000 extra interest have to pay bank.

I want to close loan but will not pay any extra charge. If bank want to harass me then please suggest where I can complain??

10 days passed in discussion and now bank person told me that your loan is open then you have to pay that days interest too..

This is clearly fraud for taking more interest from client.
