[Resolved] Indusind Bank — personal loan foreclosure

Since i currently applied for a top up loan on my existing house loan with hdfc bank, i was supposed to close my personal loan which i am having with indusind bank as per banking norms to receive the loan amount i currently applied with hdfc bank.

So i requested indusind bank to provide me the foreclosure letter through mail also on 13.02.2018 (Interaction id :[protected] but still date i didnt receive any proper feedback from their end.

I am in a very bad situation i need to close my personal loan immediately then only i can come over this problem.

Kindly help me to get the foreclosure statement letter immediately. I am in a very bad situation.

I have a IndusInd bank credit card with number [protected] . Starting they told there is no joining fee. But, I have received a bill of 590 without any transactions. They are increasing this monthly with some late fee charges. This is annoying me. Please cancel my card.
