    current account debit freeze without any prior notification

    My account was debit freeze on mid of february due to fraud monitoring, as per customer care team and branch. I have been asked to visit branch and coordinate with team to unfreeze it on february 14 2018.
    I did, talked to branch manager, mr. Anupam (Contact no. [protected]) and an officer, bikram (Contact no. [protected]).
    They informed me that it’s due to suspicious transactions on my account and address verification fail.br...

    Hi all, my self k. Yoganandh and i have personal loan account bearing of "[protected]", since i would like to close the personal loan along with pre closure charge what already mentioned in the welcome kit, the bank is not supporting to close the loan at the earliest. Since my emi date is 4th of march, i want to pay the amount back and settle the loan and am not ready to pay the emi for the month of march. As per bank policies after receiving the pre-closure mail received from the customer they should respond back, but even i asked update though there is no response from the bank personal.

        Dear sir,

        I am yokesh, existing customer for indus ind bank loan service. At the outset, i was very disappointment with the way indus ind bank behaved with me. It is like a cheating. I took a personal loan from indus ind bank.

        I informed the executive of indusind bank that the loan amount required is 2.25lakhs. They assured this and promised me the roi as 11.99% with 3 years of loan term. With this guarantee i applied the personal loan.

        But after repeating worst communication from indusind bank, surprisingly i received the loan amount of 2.5lakhs with roi as 12.5% with term of 4 years without any information.

        I was completely disappointed with the way the bank behaved.

        After this incident, i tried to communicate the executives, but no body is responding properly and nobody try to solve the problem. The name of the concern person is mr. Gurubaran.

          For my car loan emi, i submitted cheque for each due. All my cheque are cleared except my last due. Bank has missed the cheque. There's no response from local branch, toll free number and for my emails.

          Till now my last month due was not cleared and my loan also not closed.

              My name is Parvesh Goyal and I am a resident of Bangalore. One of the employee from Indusind Bank credit card department named Mr Vansh Mulani (his mobile number is[protected] and his email id is [protected]@gmail.com) called me and told me that he is a team leader of Indusind Bank credit card department in Bangalore and he was looking my credit card application (which I had applied one year ago) and the same couldn't be processed due to the pending of verification. He told me that I can get the credit card and this was only pending due to the non verification. I told him that I don't need any credit card as I am holding HDFC Diners Club Premium credit card but he insisted me that I will get good rewards and benefits with Indusind Bank credit card.

              Actually I am having my housing LOAN, personal LOAN and business LOAN with Oriental Bank of Commerce. All the installments for the above said accounts are being paid regularly and there is no gap in between the repayment. My Cibil score is 812 as on 31.01.2018 and due to some technical error from Oriental Bank of Commerce, my data is not being synchronized with Cibil. I have already made complaint to Oriental Bank of Commerce in this regard.

              I explained all the schenerio to Mr Vansh Mualni that there could be a problem to get the credit card as my full details are not being shown in Cibil and the enquiry will be shown in my Cibil report. He very assured to me that as he is a team leader, he would not let my application rejected and took all the documents (like my Pan Card, Aadhar Card, My landline bill, ITR acknowledgment and computation) and told that if bank will ask any other supporting documents, he will take from me (as I told him that I could arrange the regular repayment certificate from Oriental Bank of Commerce). I called him for 3-4 times to know the status of application. Every time I was told that it was underwriting. Now he is not taking any calls.

              I am not worrying that the credit card is not issued to me (as I am already holding which is more than enough for me), but as you know whenever any bank checks Cibil report, the enquiry reflects in Cibil report and the same would be reflected in my Cibil report and with the same I am not comfortable. The employees you have hired like Mr Vansh Mulani, making people fool to fulfill their own ### targets and their own interests. You please look into the matter and make sure that your employees should not go beyond their limits and not to make people fool.

              I think this is very common with Indusind bank. I am facing the issue in Mumbai and following up with them but no one responding.

                personal loan foreclosure

                Since i currently applied for a top up loan on my existing house loan with hdfc bank, i was supposed to close my personal loan which i am having with indusind bank as per banking norms to receive the loan amount i currently applied with hdfc bank.

                I have went to withdraw money from mahagun metro mall, vaishali sector 3, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201010 atm and entered 1000 rupees to withdraw but i got only 600 (6*100) rupees by atm machine.
                Please kindly do some necessary action on this issue.

                  In these days otp is mandatry for every transaction so why my card is still doing transactions of 30 usd or 44 usd on web somewhere in isupportclient.com at first i got 1usd transaction i knew what will be happen in next days so i blocked my card. Bt still mentioned transactions are successfully made then reversed why.in the point of security these transactions not tobe made at first. If transactions can be made there so why we are forced to obey otp option. Mentioned transaction are still going on even after my card blocked why. Im filing the same complaint with rbi also on the point of otp.

                      i am sending you this mail cause i am disappointed with your commitment cause i was knew that your atm cards are not allowed in atm withdrawals in foreign exchange in bhutan and nepal.but i was in nepal last 3rd feb and someone looted me by atm.on gun point he asked me my atm and atm pin so i have to give them cause i was on gun point of him and also i was have a faith on my bank that my atm will not work in nepal for atm foreign exchange but i was wrong my atm worked over there for the foreign exchange .cause of while giveing my atm and pin i have told to the theft that my atm will not work here but it worked so he slapped me four times very hard.so i want to claim on your bank cause of my harassment and looted over there cause of your fake written things.

                          Hi i had a car loan from your bank which is been completely paid last year, its been more than a year still i havent received my noc letter from bank so that i can get the car transfered to my name from rto.. When i check from the place where my loan was approved they says that i will need to pay extra inr 700 to get the noc as its been a year, its not my fault its bank responsibility to provide noc or atleast to intimate customer to collect it.. I want my noc to my postal address or i will raise the complaint to consumer court and even on facebook

                            I have paid my indusind credit card bill by bill pay option from my icici bank account one week before my due date. Bank showed successful transaction, but credit card department told me i didn't paid my bill and charged me penalty with late fee. They told me to talk with my icici bank from which i have paid my bill to get a refund. I checked with bank customer care to get my refund, but bank also clarified that they have paid the bill the very next day itself. Now my money is not present anywhere.

                                I have a demat account with indusland bank with client Id 11124892 and DP Id is IN300159. No Shares and Balance is in my account left. I visited many times in Indusland Branch (GZB) for closure of my account. One of female executive said that my account has been closed as on my request but she didn't gives any proof of account closure, She said we have no permission for sharing a account closure details of my account.
                                After some months i got a bill of some rupees and again i visited your branch and said that your demat account is already closed and ignored that bill. we did according to her suggestion. Then now again i got a bill of Rs 566/- . We visited the branch then executives said visit on another day as we cant tell you anything about it.
                                Please let me know about this cycle. Its a request please close my account as soon as possible, now i am not able to visit your branch again and again for such a fake replied.

                                My salary account get converted to saving account automatically, i even not get any pre reminder for that thing, account get charged 1000rs towards non maintenence, so pls do check for my complaint, pls give me my charges back

                                  Its a complain about the "talking behavior" of a staff of indusind bank (Hazaribagh, jharkhand) name raj kamal. When i ask him 'sir where are you, m reaching the branch so i want to meet you and talk about the issue, and then he replied 'who are you to ask me, you are my boss, how dare you to ask a banker tht, ' i say him its a way to talk customer... Then he say thank you and cut the call... I request the personnel of customer support of indusind bank to take the neccessary step against him.
