[Resolved] Indusind Bank — phones calls not attended | |||
It has happened may a times that i have tried calling up the customer service to confirm details about my credit card but every time this happens and it is very disappointing to say that the customer service people do not pick up the calls at night for a very long time like around 30-45 mins. May it be anytime like 9pm or 12pm. And it is very irritating to hold a call at that hour of the night. Even during the daytime they take a long time to pickup the calls... Min 20-25 min... Though after waiting and holding the call for so long the query is solved but to hold to call for that long, please let me tell you that noone is sitting so idle to keep on calling a customer care for so long and repeatedly... Are there so less customer service people to manage the calls or is there any other reason... Or are they trying to make the customers feel that they are very busy and the others too idle to call them up all the time until being received, for some queries... Its really disappointing as there seems to be nothing we can do except complaint against them in a hope for things to get sorted... Was this information helpful? | |||
