With reference to above please insure that loan amount provided me loan no – mam00307h on dated 30/08/2016. Which has been fully completed in march month and i have received noc on 03/04/2018. But still loan is active in my cibil. So many time i have communicated with customer care but satisfactory response not received yet... I have facing this problem

Please check and do the needful.

Please make it earlier so i can take other facilities.

    My name is rani, i have indusind bank credit card platinam,

    This bank people calling from past 2 year to take credit card,
    I told them no need now, i amt have that much of salary to maintain,

    They offering me free credit card, & every time i am paying bill

    Every time this people telling me to pay minimum amount so i have paid,

    But every month if i am not use also outstanding amount was rs 4000/- added,

    I was checked in google & i know it, if i will pay minimum amount bank will have profit

    I have request them to convert emi i will clear the bill but they are told ok make payment & send me proof with in 2 days it will converted i have made it

    Already 1 month over, amount not converted emi, again 4000/- included extra charges, now also there asking me payment

    Why this bank people fooling me, every month extra charges making

    Please help me, e

    still my credit card out standing balance making increase every moth

    this bank people fooling me, i will get cash back no charges included, i have paid some amount also

    every month it will go payment out standing,

    Please clear this, please stop extra charges, please give me clear & clarity bill to close this

    other wise if there making extra charges simply i am not pay,

    After 12 days indus ind bank charged Rs 15000/- (for 20000 out standing balance)

    please stop making extr charges, making charges with out using card,
    this card gving me for only 10000/- Making me full, iam not using that much this card

    now the outstaning is 35000

      I was call customers care n then fill all requirement but my salary account is not open on this time. When i meet indusind bank, akola, maharashtra, then bank emplyee says to all is ok please come next day. Then on next day no any update or msg to me for my new salary account.

      My first bank account is defreez and i also fill application to remove defreez on my account and permanently colse old account but no status on this

      Please help me my salary is stop from my company because your bank is not work properly on my application

          I have taken Personal Loan in March-18 but now i want to close the loan but due to poor service by Indusind bank i was not able to close the same from Last 1 Month.

            I have made the minimum payment due on time, but receicing threatening calls from indus ind manager everyday including sunday. Today he sent threatening message... I have decided to pay and close indus ind card.. Nor worth.

            Kindly clear your october month credit card due rs.800 today and give us confirmation through screen shot are debit msg of your payment indusind bank

            Sending bank executive to residence address if you are not available there we will send him to office address pay him cash rs.800 indusind bank manager

              I have a indus in bank platinum credit card order. At the time of offering the card i was told that i have a indocin bank platinum credit card order. At the time of offering the card i was told that i would get an offer of one plus one ticket on book my show but whenever i try to avail the same every time it is shown that the card is not eligible for the offer.                 As i don't have induslnd credit card but still i ma getting the cradit card bill from last 3 months even though i have complaint about the same but no one responsed.
                I have got 3239.58 as bill but i don't use it even i didn't get any cradit card from the company.
                Without my signature and approval mail document how they can issued a the cradit card on my name and detials.
                It's a big fraud by cradit card company. They are using my personal data for there benifit and without any information they generated a bill.
                This is how they are making money this is the fraud i don't with how many people were affected.

                Goverment please look into this.
                I am going to tweet same to ministry office pmo.

                Please help i have last option with you looking very positive response from your side.

                  I recently checked my cibil and i found there is a outstanding of rs. 55, 000 showing and i went to indus indbank and found that it's a wrong entry and i did not have any association with deutsche bank or indus indbank. They are accepting their mistake and they are not removing my name from the cibil. Please instruct the bank.

                    I approached janak puri branch of indusind bank to open fixed deposit for rs 25 lac on oct 15, 2018. The branch took rs.45000/ in cash and cheque for rs 25 lac and opened the account on tab no paper application was taken. Savings account was opened in single name instead of joint name and instead of a normal atm card highly priced card was issued without explaing to me.in about a weeks time welcome kit and atm card was received at my home address.
                    I noted this was contrary to what i told the staff opening the account on tab. My cheque was not credited in the account which i noted from net banking which i had created on the basis my account number.
                    I visited the branch and contacted the counter staff, a lady deputy manager and even the branch head mr vishal narang who took a paper application from me and assured me that accomt /atm will be amended as desired by me atm charge would be reversed as the atm issued was cancelled. He felt sorry that cheque had not been sent in clearing and assured me every thing will get fixed up in 3 days.
                    Cheque was put in pool account on 30 oct instead of fdrs and only one fdr for rs 5 lac was issued instead of 25 lac.
                    No amendment in sb a/c, no refund of charges and no new atm till 4th nov 2018 when i decided to pull out rs 20 lac through rtgs/cheque.
                    No regrets no action by the bank rather i am under agony of pain, physical and mental torture and financial loss for loosing my interest earnings for the period wasted by bank and all this to a women senior citizen.
                    I need to be compensated and refunded the amont charged by the bank on atm

                      Hi sir/madam,

                      I have done fund transfer of inr 1750 to an account by[protected] at around 11.15 pm through imps but transaction failed with an error ‘transaction timeout’. The amount has been debited from my account but it has not credited to an destined account.

                      Please resolve this issue as soon as possible as this happened quite few times from your side and it is not resolved by your end sooner. So i request you to look into the issue and do the needful at the earliest.

                        Hi,
                        I am krrish kumar (Sales manager) from lagah exports - india.
                        Hereby, i want to give genuine reviews about the product and services of indusind bank.
                        This bank is doing fraud and ripping off money of its customers with wrong charges and then very poor service.
                        Here, problem is, our company get opened a current account with indusind bank which they call dollar one account.
                        In this account they offered us export document crossing with each service cost only one dollar (Inr 60/-) per service. For this we need to maintain minimum balance of inr 1, 00, 000/- (About $ 1700) without any interest on it.
                        Now the problem arises when we asked them to cross our about 200 export documents last year, and they refused to offer the service as committed. But now they are asking us about inr 1, 200/- per bill instead of inr 60 as per the commitment in the account.
                        They are saying that all the payments pertaining to the bills are transferred by paypal to our account in inr and they will charge regular rates for it.
                        But in their service agreement, of dollar one account, there is nowhere written if payment is in neft then they will charge regular rates.
                        We submitted about 90 documents out of these to the manager mr. Ankur jamwal, who said to submit rest of later in 2 lots, and these will be cleared within couple of months.
                        We submitted the documents in the month of june 2018 and it have passed 5 months and there is not even a single bill cleared.
                        Every month we are calling to mr. Ankut for the status on his 3 phone numbers and he do not even pick the phone.
                        We are planing to take the bank to consumer court because bank is trying to do fraud with us and stealing money from our company.
                        We do not know, with how many customers they have done the same thing.

                        So, i advice you not to carry your business account with indusind bank because they have hidden charges where they will ripp off your money with other charges i hv not explained in this.

                        So just beware and do not trust indusind bank. (See attachment of the offer)

                          In continuation to the above i have to inform your good self the followings for your perusal & necessary action :

                          A) that on[protected] an amount of rs 15490.00 was paid online to m/s etrade marketing private limited through snapdeal.com by my credit card no. [protected] being the cost price of merchandise in terms of their invoice no. S769ac/1002334 dt.[protected]Copy enclosed for your ready reference).

                          B) that on perusal of your amortization schedule nos. [protected] &
                          [protected] sent vide your mail dt.[protected] from
                          It is observed that you have inadvertently generated two (2) loan accounts as shown in your aforesaid amortization schedule nos. [protected] &
                          [protected] showing total amount payable as rs 16865.05 & rs 16602.30 respectively against one single credit card payment of rs 15490.00 dt.[protected] as mentioned hereinabove. As such you have wrongly charged twice against my single credit card transaction of rs 15490.00 dt.[protected] the reasons of which is best known to you.

                          C) that in view of what stated hereinabove you are requested to immediately reverse the excess entry of loan amount of rs 15490.00 & refund the amount recovered in excess from me along with interest online to my s. B. A/c no.[protected] with you.

                          D) that all supporting documents in support of your discrepancies in my aforesaid credit card statements pertaining to the single loan transaction of rs 15490.00 dt.[protected] are enclosed for your perusal & ready reference.

                            I visited indusind bank branch for issuing a debit card but i was asked to take a platinum debit card with 2500 rs charge, i denied, however my account got deducted by 2900rs and i filed a complain regarding this in social media, the branch called me and asked to submit a mail to a different mail id "[protected]@indusind.com" i did the same, but now they are asking me that i should send the mail with registered mail id, i don't even remember the i'd. I have given them all details but still getting hackled by these people. Please help to get the refund.

                                Hi,
                                I am raj kumar, accounts manager from tirupati balaji hair, inc.
                                We are manufacturer and exports of human hair extensions from india and receiving the orders from more than 100 countries.
                                Here i want to give fair reviews about the fraud done by indusind bank to us with its dollar one account.
                                We got opened a current accounts few years ago with this bank for receiving payments from our international customers.
                                They call this account dollar one account.
                                Commitment of bank is to maintain 1 lac minimum balance in account and in return they offered one dollar charge for getting exports documents crossed.

                                Now the problem raised last year when we tried to submit about 200 shipments documents for crossing. Bank said they will charge us minimum inr 1000 + gst for each document which was supposed to be inr 60 + gst as per the account commitment.
                                They said all these shipping documents are pertaining to the payments received by us via paypal and transferred to our bank account in neft by paypal. Bank is saying that they will cross only those documents for dollar one cost for which payments are directly transferred by customers to bank in usd.
                                But in they offer documents there was no such condition,
                                Now bank is asking us for paying it about inr 2, 50, 000/- which was supposed to be maximum inr 12, 000/-.
                                Bank employees are not responding us ion this matter.
                                So, if you want to get dollar one account from this bank then make sure you do not receive payment via paypal in this account, otherwise you will have to suffer huge loss.

                                  But still every month i am getting subsidy failure message from hp.

                                    I have received a call @ 06.30 pm to make a balance payment of 615.00 informed him will make it, I have already made a payment of 9000.00. He said I don't need to make a payment and may bad words agent name was Dhananjay when asked to give the call to manage he declined saying manager has left for the day, later said they are in a meeting and gave bad words to my husband, and me. While on the call he misbehaved with me. And den later disconnected the call when has my husband on call.

                                      reg: indusind bank loan against security account[protected] &[protected]
                                      sub: purposely delayed in clsoure account. Unauthorized interest charged.
                                      We are having loan against security accounts with indusind bank as mentioned above.
                                      As we made huge loss in business, i was requesting asst. Branch manager mr. Ronak patel that bank would recover outstanding by selling shares n close the account.
                                      Mr. Ronak patel refused saying that we have to make arrangement from outside and clear outstanding.
                                      In the month of february 2018, i sent mail to indusind bank n i mentioned that we are not able to pay outstanding so i requested bank to sell my shares n recover outstanding.
                                      With reference to my above mail, mr. Kishore called and informed me to contact ashram road branch ahmedabad. So i visited ashram road branch n met mr. Ronak patel. He gave me closure papers n a returned with signature. So in first week of march 2018 i have handed over closure papers duly signed us to mr. Ronak patel. Mr. Ronak patel denied to give acknowledgement n told me that i[censored] have not faith on me, send closure papers directly to h.O. So i have not insisited for acknowledgement. Thenafter 3 times i visited ashram road branch and contacted mr. Ronak patel. Everytime mr. Ronak patel was saying it is in process.
                                      Two months march and april lapsed, so i sent mail to indusind bank on 3rd may 2018 mentioning all details that i have handed over clsoure papers to mr. Ronak patel in first week of march 2018.
                                      In return, customer care executive arranged conference call and fired mr. Ronak patel as asst. Branch manager why action not taken till date.
                                      Indusind bank sold my shares n recoverd outstanding in the month of june 2018. But they charged interest till date. After lot of mail, they agreed to interest w.E.F. 19 may 2018.
                                      My argument is why interest waiver not from first week of march 2018 n why from 19th may 2018.
                                      This is due to negligence of asst. Branch manager mr. Ronak patel, he purposely kept my closure papers with him n when i put pressure from h.O. He processed my papers.
                                      I have taken in writing with seal n signature mentioning that i have handed over closure papers in the month of march 2018.
                                      I need help:
                                      we want indusing bank should make our shares free as bank is holding our shares worth rs. 65 lakhs against disputed outstanding of rs.80000 approximately. On priority basis our shares should be freed.

                                      Secondly waiver of interest from march 2018 first week as i have handed over closure papers. Indusind bank is purposely saving their asst. Branch manager who is telling lie that i have given clsoure papers in the month of may 2018 as i have not visited ashram road brnach though out the month of may 2018.
                                      We expect justice from rbi.
