Indusind Bank — poor system and people | |||
Respected sir/madam, Hope you are doing well. This email is in regards to the issue that we have with indus ind bank. To start with my wife had her salary account with indus ind bank. We got a 2 wheeler from ananda honda bommanahalli where the loan was processed from idfc first bank (Ecs – to be processed from indus ind). In this she had so many issues where the reasons are not properly provided for the nach rejections that happened and was accepted at the indus ind branch. We have also provided the request letter for asking the reason why the bank has rejected the nach requested that was submitted by the idfc bank for the vehicle loan where it was rejected till august month. The rejection of the nach form by indus ind has impacted us a lot in terms of additional late fee and conveyance fee collected by idfc bank. The unexpected deductions of the late fee has made our cheque to get bounced as well. There is no proper reply from the bank end where we have met the deputy manager … the branch head etc … they only keep talking their sop and some english that doesn’t solve my issue for last 10 days. We wanted a letter stating that issues with them where they deny giving the same. It will be helpful if you help us in getting the letter that says the following as we need to provide it to idfc and one more bank for the loan purposes. Ps: they keep denying the letter that we requested as it will evidently show the error from their end & they feel it might impact their bank name.
