Dear indusind bank team,
Iam using your credit card with no.[protected] on name. I have used it once my card for purchasing of about 1000 something which paid just 1 day delay from the date of payment due. Bow after few months come to know that indusind putting charges against finance and late payment and outstanding become more than 5000 in which there is not actual due and only late payment and intrest on intrest only as actual amout already paid with 1 day delay.
Being premium customer iam unable to pay such unrealistic and fraud charges but dont want to consumer court for this small amout, hence kindly reverse this amount i[censored] want to retain your customer otherwise i will stop all credit cards been used in family and will ask in grouo to stop same.
Also customer care no is pathetic and responded once in a month otherwise always show all time that they r busy attending other calls and this u can note down as feedback.
Kindly revert on priority.
