debit card service charge

On 10/11/2018 indus ind bank debited rs 1770 from my savings bank account against platinum plus debit card issue. The incident is the mistake of courier people or bank the delivered the card wrongly at chennai address and i blocked the card by calling customer care of bank. After a week later the again send that blocked card by postal, i cant activate or i cant use that card after this event i contacted the bank branch and customer care lot...

But due to holiday our office was closed so i was unable to receive this shipment. And now this has been held by bluedart delivery centre greater noida.

worst customer care service

Extremely very worst condition of customer care service. I was calling to customer care service phone number to talk with executive but no one received the call. Its been 15 minutes i was calling but no one received the phone. Customer care service is for helping the people but if no one is there to receive the call then what is the use. Very disappointed. That to the call was not toll free number. We are using our own money to call you people...

I took a personal loan from indusind bank. As i don't have indusind saving a/c they deduct the emi from my icici a/c. My emi date is 4th of every month.
Icici bank deducted late payment charge on 5th nov. I asked my bank they said that this is due to insufficient fund when indusind bank was trying to deduct my emi amount. But i had sufficient fund on that day. But my icici a/c transactions i can't see any kind of actions from indusind...

wrong commitments and false charges

I received call from Induaind bank executive sating to offer Aura credit card with no joining and annual fees. I confirmed multiple times and they said that yes there will be no charge. I alao have the recording for the same. After 1 month when I received the statemwnt 1060 Rs has been charged as joining fees. The customer care is not even picking the call. Tje false promises that the bank executive makes to complete their targets are annoying...
