    Dear sir, my self jarnail singh and i am credit card holder of your bank. My credit card number ending with 9002 had occured a wrong transaction of rs 1100 on 15.1.2019 at 12:22 at google quvideo hk which is basically not made by me because i am not using a smartphone. Besides this, neither my family members nor any other person made this transaction via using my credit card. This transaction is wrongly taken by your goodself. Kindly enquire about this transaction and refund my money of rs 1100 back to me. Otherwise i have left with no option to stop my credit card services.

      Dear sir,
      I have nre, nro a/cs with my family at your opera house branch mumbai.
      I am doing transaction since year 2008 in shares with my broker. So every time i inform miss geeta yadav, mrs jumanna etc etcto transfer monies by email but since yesterday she asked me to give request letter for transfer monies. Why suddenly? Than all my debit cards were exhausted by atm machine (In st maarten) and i didn’t recd back as it’s upcountry card, and all the time atm machine states it’s stolen card or lost card but i never informed them that i lost my card. Than i filled new form to get back new debit card with pin number about 2 weaks back but till now nothing is done. Due to this i couldn’t sent my daughters college fees in holland last month, couldn’t give bonus to my maids, couldn’t sent monies to my sister in hyderabad who is widow and with no income, but surviving on fixed deposit interestwhich is also gone down. Thus due to not having debit card in hand i can not do any thing and now suddenly they are asking me to give scan copy of request letter for each transfer or transection and do not want to do by email proceedure.
      So pls help me for this matter otherwise i will close all my accounts.

        Indusind bank do not deduct its monthly installment against the contract. I always maintain the required amount for the cab installment in my bank account but indusind bank does not deduct it on time and resulting I have to pay the penalty against the late transaction.
        Please do the necessary proceedings to resolve it. I will not pay the penalty in future.

          I have not used my account since 2016 and i never received a message regarding the negative balance in my account and when today on 12/01/2019 i checked my account balance it shows a balnace of rs -11806.15 i don't know what to do as i cannot pay such a huge amount for non maintenance of my account. I do want to continue with my account now but i cannot pay 11806 rs to bank. For the non maintenance of my account.

            This happened second time with me. I don't know, my husband taken credit card and didn't pay. Bank people will call me immediately for husband is not responding and i will get to know information about is personal or credit card money that time.
            They are using very vulgar words. They are calling and telling i am keep of my husband. Really worst shame

              I have raised a loan closure request on 21st december 2018, today it's 11th january 2019 that is 20 days since i made this request, i have not received any mail or phone calls regarding my loan closure. I seriously don't understand why it's taking 20 days to close a loan.in other banks it just takes minutes to close. Someone please help me in this regard.

                Dear sir / madam,

                I am mr. Pratik chauhan and working in asia’s largest gear box manufacturing company elecon engineering company limited located in dist. Anand, gujarat.

                I have been contacted by indusind executive (Mobile number [protected]) and their nominated person (Mobile no. Mr. Bhadresh - [protected] & mr. Rajiv - [protected]) regarding offer for life time free indusind credit card before 2-3 month. Accordingly i have applied for the same. But surprisingly i have received credit card statement message having charge details of rs.590/- before receipt of physical credit card at my end. However i have already launched complaint against the same vide attached email.

                I have received aura platinum credit card around 27-dec-2018.

                I have called many times for the same to above mentioned mobile numbers but matter not got resolved. Now i got this email address from internet and need your support in the matter.

                I request you to please look in to matter and help us as below.

                Option 1 – please arrange to cancel the above mentioned card by considering all outstanding as nil.
                Option 2- please arrange to clear all old outstanding by making it zero against above card and assure me that no fixed fees will be charged in future against said card and it will be life time free as far as card annual/bank fees is concerned.

                Hope i will get satisfactory solution / response at the earliest.

                  ### of IndusInd credit card has closed ny card without my permission and not responding to the complaints in mail. Also, charged too much in the name of late payment and oveimit fee. ###. I'm too much hurt and distressed because of it. Initially i wasn't interested to get a card at all. I got it because bank people forced me too much and now these people playing games like this. This kind of irresponsible banks must be banned in India. I advise everyone not to open an account at IndusInd at all...

                    One of my relative had taken credit card and he had not processed the payment. He is far relative to me and bank people are calling me and my father for payment. I have not given any surity to him and on what basis do they call me and harrasing me for payment. I have call records also. I am married now and why do they call my father for the payment. Please take immediate action on this.

                      I have been allotted a aura credit card on no fees terms by indus ind bank by their representative sitting at ahmedabad. After one month they started charging me fees for card and interest which has amounted to about rs 600 or so even though i have paid card fee of rs 100 which i supposed not to be charged. Now i want cancel my aura credit card of indus ind bank on priority. Customer care representative cannot be connected as phone always remains on busy tone. Ahmedabad representative is not responding even with rigorous
                      Follow up. Pl help me in closing/cancelling my said credit card.

                        We wish to bring to your kind notice the case as follows :
                        We have a running loan from l&t for 1 crore from june’2017.
                        On 5th october’2018, we were approached by mr. Rajeev ahuja and advised to move to bank instead of a nbfc and build a good business reputation as banks are always better options in comparison to nbfc.
                        Also, he proposed that we go for a top up as we are thinking of expanding business and since we have developed a new business module where we dont have any competition, mr. Ahuja suggested to approach indusind bank.
                        We handed over the cheque to present the case and get the approval on 10th october’2018
                        We were told to submit all relevant copies of documents and property papers complete set and informed that it will take appx. 10-15 days to complete the bt and approve the top-up
                        By then, the first inspection was done in and we were informed by mr. Mushfik that the case is good and everything is in order.
                        Later, we were informed in month of november first week that the property is booked by mcd for excess coverage.
                        Mr. Mushfik said that its on bank’s discretion that they can take a call on certain points and so, we were told that mr. Kaushik will visit our premises and re-inspect the office and home.
                        Mr. Kaushik visited our office by 10th november and we had a good and healthy discussion with him and we explained the business modules and our nature of business to him.
                        We were informed by mr mushfik that everything is in order and they have proposed the case to be completed within a week.
                        In the meanwhile, we also informed the bankers that we have started to expand the business and started to place new orders based on their assurance that our too-up will be released soon.

                        After a brief follow-up, we got a call on 25th november ‘2018 at 10pm in the night mentioning that mr. Kaushik has been transferred and mr. Akshat kapoor is taking care of this case in his place now.
                        He asked us briefly and asked about our nature of business and all other details and so we explained him thoroughly.
                        Later, we were told by mr. Mushfik that everything is well in order and just we need to add some financial details and the case will be processed asap.
                        We were still not informed of any updates later, and then after following up, we told the bankers that our container has reached india and we need to clear it and also, we have placed another order from china for the same and need funds showing our urgency on their assurance.

                        Then in first week of december, we got a call from mr. Mushfik informing that mr. Akshat needs to visit our office and premises to conduct another pd. We still said ok, and welcomed the same.

                        Mr. Akshat and mr. Mushfik visited our premises and discussed the case again for the third time and thereafter, assured that our case is going to be finalised soon as they demanded the updated new orders we have in hand and a few new prospected business opportunities.
                        We furnished everything the very next day and updated the financials and documents required the very next day.
                        Now, again after continuously following up and not getting a complete response from the bankers, we reached the bank personally to see what is the matter.
                        We met mr. Mushfik and mr. Akshat, and mr. Neeraj where they asked us that financially there’s no problem, and now that since the property is having some projection in elevated structure, the bank is apprehensive to take a cal as in case of demolition, the structure (Pillars and beams) of our building well be affected
                        To which, we clearly asked them to come and see personally that the pillars of our building are within our permissible limits and even if in case our extension is removed, the building doesn’t have any problem as the beams and pillars are within permissible limit of our plot area and the walls can be repaired easily.
                        After a brief discussion, mr. Neeraj and mr. Akshat kapoor said that they will ask their vendor to visit our premises and verify the authenticity of our view. We are all welcome for the same.

                        To our surprise, no one turned up for next two days, and we got a call mentioning that a meeting has been arranged for us to meet your vendor (Valuation officer’s office) in noida sector 63, protocol officers.
                        After a call and follow up, we went to your vendor’s office in sector 63, noida and met mr. Pawan to ascertain that in case of any possibility of removal of excess coverage by mcd in future, the structure of our building will not be affected.
                        Mr. Pawan informed us that he has made an evaluation of basis of projection in property and so agreed to the fact that in case of minute possibility of removal of projection, our property will not have any damaging affect as our pillars are in the limit of our plot area and the walls can be repaired in case of a bleak possibility of removal of projection. Also, he mentioned that whenever they see a projection in any property, they report the same to the bank and its the bank’s call whether to take call on it or not.

                        Now, after establishing the case and details with mr. Pawan, we confirmed the same with mr. Mushfik and mr. Akshat told us that they will receive an email from vendor concerning the same.

                        After 2 days, we were informed that since there is an excess coverage, the bank cannot process the case and so on the same grounds, mr. Akshat kapoor said he is unable to complete the case and refused to approve the same.
                        We have a major problem with the system and manner in which your reputed bankers handled the case and so much delays and non communication from the credits departments of the bank, we were informed of rejection on basis of property projection issue.

                        We need to know that if this was the case, it was already known to the bank, the bank must have closed the case in the month of october itself.
                        Why was mr. Kaushik who visited our premises and confirmed everything and then, later, mr. Akshat conducted the pd over phone for one hour in the night @ 10pm, and then later a visit by mr. Akshat at our premised conducted if the property in question had a big issue.
                        Then, on top of it, why did they ask us supporting documents and know our business plans if they did not intend to complete the case satisfactorily.
                        Why was it that we have been kept informed that within 2-3 days, it will be completed and time and again, we, trusting the bank, waited way long enough trusting the word of their employees and at the end of it, landing in soup of troubles since we committed our clients and non fulfilment of promise and also, in month of january’2019, we are also expecting a new container from china which is the next supply from china for our next order.
                        When we asked mr. Akshat about taking so much time and now leaving us in a bad situation as we trusted indus ind bank on the point of building a relation, mr. Akshat mentioned after a brief discussion on 26th december to us that “ we should not keep all our eggs in a single basket “ referring to that there are other options in the market and we could have used those options for funding our business plans.

                        This is to the most surprising and shocking behaviour from a bank as we have never seen in our 25 years of business that a client is being approached for his financials and after satisfaction of everything,
                        1. “ the client is made to visit a valuer and make points “
                        2. The valuation person is unapproachable thereafter
                        3. Mr. Akshat mentioning as a banker that he doesn’t want the vendor to be in any uncomfortable position by asking him to visit branch and confirm what he told us.

                        4. Why is it then if the vendor is not coming and we were told to go to the valuation vendor to meet in absence of any bank employees accompanying us / the valuation people are too busy to come and meet the bank even

                        5. Mr. Akshat mentioning : you should not have kept all eggs in one basket “
                        Does this mean that indusind bank is a hoax and we must not trust the reputation of the bank only on market views (Since its the bank employee’s words to be taken more seriously in contradiction to the market and bankers boastings in media and public)

                        6. The client is made to wait for almost 3 months just to mention a straight “no” which was the best thing to do in the beginning of the case
                        Leading to wastage of our valuable time
                        Depleting our reserves hoping to get funding and investing in expansion earlier than planned

                        Leaving us in an unprecedented position since we opened up exposing our most valuable and confidential information with your bank employees risking now in case our business plan gets out in someone else’s hands, whats the amount of loss we are going to incur keeping in view what “our concept has no competition in the market till now “.

                        7. The bankers can meet us in their office but the valuation people are too high to come and establish the facts discussed
                        Making us feel like fools and beggars as if we dont have any value and the client’s time is of no value and is totally free and bank is supreme and their vendor/valuation people are too valuable to the bank than their customers.
                        We request you to kindly reply us why is it so that the bankers have no one to answer
                        And its officials take everything so lightly
                        Also, we lay claim to the time and elementary loses we suffered due to bank’s employees lethargic approach and unnecessary procrastination
                        We will make sure if we don’t hear from bank in a proper manner, we will take the legal route to lay claim on the same.

                          My brother has credit card loan from indus ind bank, pune. He was never a defaulter until he started facing job issues. But still he was trying and managing to pay the minimum amount that was mentioned by the bank. Since few months the employees named priyanka kamble, avinash and the manager vikas from the bund garden branch in pune, has been using unwanted comments and abusive languages on the delay of payments. They don't only abuse him but family members also. Last month it was height. When they called for the payment my brother was seriously ill and when he informed the same they told him to consume the tablets in large number and sleep permanently. It was like this "aap ye tablets hamesha k liye leke kyu nhi so jate hai". They called and harassed from different numbers and all of them abusive.

                          My brother got depressed and consumed some tablets together and his health worsened. Kindly tell me is this the way to treat the customers who are genuinely in trouble but do not want to cheat? What if he had harmed himself seriously? Who would have taken the responsibility.

                          We are still in the city and will definitely clear our dues too but its a request please follow some humanity towards the customers. If we were frauds we would have definitely ran away from our responsibilities and would not have paid anything. So kindly consider as we intend to be good citizens and do the possible needful to clear the dues.

                          I am requesting some serious action against this issue or i would take up to the media for help.

                            However i did not receive the cash but the amount was debited from my hdfc bank account, can you please assist.

                            Time of transaction was 20;36:37 am on[protected], i tried calling your compliant department but was unable to connect with anyone.. Do let me know how do i proceed as i am not an customer of your bank

                              Here i want to lodge a complaint against the telecaller named komal gupta who misbehave on call on thursday dated 27/12/2018. I tried to make her understand the situation but she won't understand the situation and talk very badly on call which is not acceptable at all.

                                Debit card blocked without intimation.
                                Today 29th december 2018 unable to withdraw money from atm i called cust care... He says my debit card is blocked. I have not given any request to block my old atm card.. I was told that i will be able to access the atm card untill 31 st dec when i visited the nearby branch for change of address. There was no intimacy about my atm card being blocked. The cust care executive was rude and was interrupting repeatedly and was not letting me speak. It is not a toll free call and the call disconnected after 8 minutes of nonsense because of low balance. I ve to sleep hungry today and suffer the following days because of the irresponsible behaviour of the bank and its employees. It is a salary account which i ve been using since 2014. I have been facing a lot of problems from the beginning. No sufficient atms, no proper intimacy or sms about the amount that get deducted. I had complained before about it but of no use. If called cust care for enquiry abt deduction it is lengthy tolled call and then 50₹ plus charge for calling n enquiring abt the deductions. I am closing this bank account very soon.

                                  Am fed up with your services. I am a premium credit card customer, my card got expired and never received the pin. I have raised two requests
                                  Your customer service never gets connected. Always receives the message'Thank you for holding the line, we appreciate your patience'
                                  To generate a pin my card number is not showing as valid xxxx4004-new one and old one xxx1016 as well.. none of numbers connect to customer service. I have hold the line for 2 hours for no use
                                  you guys have made it into a partial toll free and i almost made calls for 100 bucks without any results. your online website also does not provide an option to generate pins
                                  I got a very lethargic and laid back reply from head card services on this and two service requests are showing in he system as closed. 250 bucks given by Indus Ind as start up credit and my reward points are lying there and I am unable to use the card.
                                  I am not sure why card number is not showing as valid one to generate pin and there is no option to get in touch with customer care
                                  very pathetic and horrible service from Indus Ind..better you can close down this business

                                    On 3rd november 2018 i was making payment to lic for the premiums against the policies that were in the list of scheduled bills. After i had made a total payment of rs.9, 89, 255.00 against 40 lic policies. When i tried to make further payments, i got a message stating "daily debit limit exceeded. Daily limit = 10, 00, 000.00".

                                    Thankfull i had not cancelled the auto pay for policy no.89*87 as the due amount was showing as rs.10, 19, 439.66

                                    On 4th november 2018 at 00:37 i called indusind call center on [protected] and informed the executive that i wanted to make a payment of rs.10, 19, 439.66 however there is a message stating "daily debit limit exceeded. Daily limit = 10, 00, 000.00". The executive told me that i could go ahead and make a payment of rs.10, 19, 439.66 and assured me that there would be no problem of the debit limit. I asked him not to disconnect and told him that i will try immediately to see if this payment goes through. Hence at 12:53 a. M. I cancelled the auto pay instruction on the policy number 89*87 and immediately went on the view & pay bills section to make the payment immediately. To my surprise when i tried making this payment i got the same message again "daily debit limit exceeded. Daily limit = 10, 00, 000.00". When i told the executive that the payment is not going through he told me to try again at 5:00 a. M. And said that there should be no such issue of a 10 lakh daily limit. However the same error repeated when i tried at 5:00 a. M.

                                    When i wrote to indusind regarding this they informed me that there is a daily debit limit of 10, 00, 000/-. I requested them to increase the daily debit limit temporarily so that i could pay the premium. However inspite of several emails, indusind kept replying "we are working on your concern of payments decline and will update you with the status shortly. We request your support and co-operation in the interim." & "we are acting upon the concerns of payments decline highlighted by you and will get back to you with the status shortly.".

                                    Finally since indusind did not increase the credit limit. I had no option but to pay the premium to lic on the last day of the grace period usiny the net banking option.

                                    If the indusind call center executive had not misguided me on 4th november 2018 i would not have cancelled the auto pay. The premy would have been paid on the due date by bill desk via the indusind credit card and i would have got 15292 reward points.

                                    On 29th november indusind bank sent me an email stating "a complaint has been raised against the executive and shared it with relevant department to provide strong feedback for the wrong commitment. We confirm that credit limit for your card is inr 1, 500, 000.00 and the default transaction limit set on indusnet for credit card customers is inr 1, 000, 000.00 only. Hence the transaction of inr 10, 19, 439.66 has been declined in indusnet. Kindly activate auto pay instruction for the policy number[protected] to avoid such instance in future. We regret our inability to provide you compensation of reward points."

                                    After this email i have escalated the matter to all the heads at indusind including the managing director requesting them to credit 15292 reward points as i have lost this opportunity only because of the wrong commitment of their executive.

                                    On 27th december i have received an email from [protected]@indusind.com which states "basis the representation made by you in your email, we had forwarded your request to our team for 15, 292 reward points on card account. According to the update received, we confirm that we will be unable to credit 15, 292 reward points to you card account. This is in accordance with internal ombudsman team."

                                    I fail to understand that why should a customer be penalized for an error made by the bank's executive? I am shocked at the way indusind bank is behay with a customer who has one of their most exclusive hiend credit card "indulge".

                                      It is to inform you that i have owned a platinum credit card. Its number is [protected]. I was told by your representative that it is a life time free card. But it is not so. He gave me false information. I was sent a monthly bill containing the joining fee. I denied to pay it. I informed your customer-care representative regarding this issue and also mailed at "premium. [protected]@indusind.com". But till now no action is taken. Again and again the monthly bill is sent to me and it is continuously increasing. What is this? I just want it to close. It would affect my cibil score. I can not indulge it.
                                      Till now the card is inactive. I did not make any transaction by using it till now. Then why due to fake information would i pay this amount?
                                      I again request you please close it. I also use other bank's credit cards. All are free. Rather they did not give me such wrong information.
