I have made below mentioned complain to the bank. But no reply is received from them. I therefore request to kindly look into the matter for resolving the issue.

This is to intimate that i maintain a saving flexi account no.[protected] in your bank. The combined balance and interest paid as per messages received are as below.

There is shortage/discrepancy of rs. 77, 827.29 (18, 42, 010.53 - 17, 64, 183.24) in my account as per messaged balance of dated 22.10.2018, 04.52 am. I have brought the matter into notice of mr. Agnihotri on 22.10.2018 and requested him to enquire and set right the balance. Though i kept on reminding him daily yet there is no reply from his side. This tarnishes the image of highly reputed company like yours earned on great effort over long period of time.
I therefore request to kindly look into the matter for early resolving of issue of shortage account balance. I am enclosing the copies of messages quoted above.
