Dear sir/madam,

My name is asfak paliwala from ahmedabad, gujarat, and this’s regarding my two wheeler loan first emi misguided. I taken two wheeler loan from indusind bank ltd, rakhial road, ahmedabad, gujarat on 14/07/2014 for honda aviator while the loan account number:-gbb01794h.

Your salesman ( javed chandniwala ) was called me regarding approve my case around 14/07/2014 and told me my first ecs was effect from my bank on after 07/08/2014. But my first emi was effect on 23/07/2014.

As i could have received first emi against fraud without any verification, i believe the communication regards emi was misrepresented to me and i therefore wish to make a complaint.

I wish to claim reversal of my late payment charge against my first emi return amount of rs780 loan a/c no. - gbb01794h in view of the fact that i have been deprived of return emi late payment charge of this loan account.

Please now investigate my complaint within a week allowed to you.
