A Listed hardware was purchased against RTGS payment to industry buying, however industry buying is denying receipt of amount. Already shared bank transaction proof but not agreeing

I had placed an order for 2 Nos. Voltage Stabilizer and paid the money on 19/9/2022 through Credit Card. I got an e-mail stating that the Order ID: 19404581 has been shipped and would be delivered within 2 days. On 26th September, 2022 I received a whatsup message stating that "Your order with the order ID:19404581 is on schedule to despatch today. Please keep all the products ready in the original condition for a reverse swift pick-up. - Team Industrybuying". Again I contacted them on telephone and I was assured that the product would be despatched immediately. After that on 28th September, 2022 I got e-mail stating that the product is shipped. When I tracked the shipment details, it was found that "NO DATA FOUND AVAILABLE".
On 30.9.2022 I contacted them over phone and I was assured to SHIP the product immediately. Today (1/10/2022) I have received whatsup message "Your order with the order ID:19404581 is on schedule today. Please keep all the products ready in the original condition for a reverse swift pick-up. - Team Industrybuying-". Again I contacted them over phone and I am told to contact them on next Monday, the 3rd October, 2022 for an answer.
Whom should I approach for my products or Refund? Is this the way such a well known "Industrybuying" behave?
In case they are not able to despatch the product immediately, please refund the money. Please help.

I placed an order for handpush manual seeder and received the same from Industry buying. The product received is defective and is broken at two places.

I immediately raised a return and refund claim. The return order was confirmed through their courier partner. However, everytime the courier representative reached my address he refused to carry the item as he was on a two wheeler and the item is big to be carried on it.

The same has been doing rounds since 3 weeks now.

Hopeless experience from IB.

The consignment KARAM SHOES SIZE 7 (consignment nos [protected])was received on[protected] and after opening the package it was found that some other brand low quality shoes of size 8 has been delivered. The complaint was raised on same day and it was committed that return pick up will be arranged within 24-48 hours but no call and pick up was arranged. The same complaint was raised 5 times and everytime they are telling to wait for 24-48 hours for pickup, but 23 days has crossed and the still return pick up has not being arranged. If this is the situation with return pick up, I cannot imagine the scene of waiting time to get the refund back.

Placed order on 28th aug and received a damaged product on 9th sep. Spoke to customer care and sent email to the team regarding the damaged product. they confirmed that within 3days it will be replaced, but so far no response. Please take up the issue and do the needful on priority.

I purchased your order through Industry Buying online website today I am going to digging motor but before digging motor after successfully given connection I tested it for trail run it is not working...

But it will work when I manually rotate motor rod shaft after switched on it will rotating other wise it was not rotating automatically when I switch it on...
Finally you fooled the peoples by giving the fake product what ever I am getting that particular product is not came with Sl. No and it has blurred by you peoples

I didnt recieved my order till yet its been 12 days i placed my order and my order id is [protected]

I have ordered side mirror for my i10 car. I received the product o 15th August, after check with my car the product was not suitable and not working properly within immediate effect I'll contact with industrybuying customer care and asked to return pick up, they provide a Form by mail, I'd filled and sent it to them the next day. After 3 days there is no response from that side so o decided to draft a mail, after the itself I didn't get any proper response. 18th August 2022 I call industrybuying customer care, they connect the call with some senior manager he didn't tell his name but provides harshly answers (not possible for return pick up) I'd explain industrybuying return policy but he couldn't care for that policy and said "is there any other thing otherwise I'll cut the call, and he did it.

Such a worst behavior of this company industrybuying and his manager. I want my money back Rs.2490/-

Industrybuying is a fully unethical and bullying company. Pls take necessary actions

I've ordered INGCO paint sprayer booked on 10th June 2022, order ID [protected] Amount Rs 4585/ using Zestmoney and the order was never delivered, when I contacted customer support they told me it was returned by the courier and refund was already processed from their side and they told me to contact zestmoney and when I contacted zestmoney they told me to contact industrybuying.com as the refund was not received by them. Industrybuying told me to send my zestmoney account statement from the purchase date, which I did by sending them screenshots of my zestmoney account which shows no refund was received but I don't know if their customer service agents are literate as they keep asking me the same even after sending them twice. This pathetic blame game has been going on for weeks now. I've recently sent them a mail again to send me the confirmation or transaction detail showing that Rs 4585/ was refunded to zestmoney and i haven't got any reply.

I purchase one Heavy Duty Garbage Dustbin (Nilkamal) on 14.7.22 and Paid full amount Rs. 3700. Product was delivered on 22.7.22 after many reminders and upon opening the package, Wheels were Missing?? Unpacking video was taken and complaint was registered with customer care. All their customer care Executives including Qureshi, Jagruti, Leena and SHOBIT(T/L) are very very RUDE, unfit to be customer care and after at least 15 telephone calls and convincing them they agreed to Take back their incomplete product and refund the amount (official email received) suddenly after 2 days, again Shobit changed his words and said Return not possible?? It is a breach of contract Kindly intervene and report the matter to Delhi consumer forum and other public domain. Now I have paid the money, and product supplied by them is Not Usable? I am in total Dark now, what to do? Very very bad company without value for its commitments?? Kindly beware public!!

We had placed an order on 11 july after reconfirming the stock. whereas the customer care had confirmed the same and gave assurance to deliver within 8-workdays. on 15 july we got an update that its delayed but in stock. On 18 july 2022 when i asked for tracking details, i was informed it was out stock thats why it has been delayed.

unprofessional people, wasted my time, money and efforts, seems like a scam website. shows in stock but at the end its never been in stock with them,

Order ID:- [protected] Agripro water pump. The item was delivered damaged and collection was arranged by you 2 weeks ago by your own courier. I have not received replacement nor refund. There is no information giving date. Also no information if money will be returned or item replacement. Hurry up. I need this sorted fast.

I ordered Circle 18W submersible water pump for desert air coolers 220V-240V order ID[protected] which was delivered broken, that part where you insert the pipe in the pump is broken into 4 pieces. I am trying to contact the customer care but it always show "all customer care executives are busy". Kindly replace this product as early as possible.

I have made payment at the time of order booking only as cash on delivery option was not available. Customer care number is always busy and if connected, executive tells that we will escalate this issue. Seems that industrybuying.com is not genuine website and cheats its customers.
Now after 8 days order has been cancelled when I call the customer care. Now awaiting for refund.
