this product is not delivered to me till now
nor i have got any refund for that order

whenever i call their customer number
they are always busy or never answer

I am very much annoyed with industry buying services. I had ordered a chair from your website, order no - [protected].

The product got delivered 1 Week late. The item status was out of delivery for almost one week when I checked in the tracker. Finally the item got delivered one week late.

The item packing was very poor. When I opened the item there was bird's ### on the chair cover inside the packing. Then I noticed that the hand rest of the chair was broken.

I did not even open the full package and requested for the refund and to take this broken chair back. I have submitted all the required documents and still have not received the refund amount.

This company is a cheater they never send the correct product and when it is returned you never get the refund amount

I have ordered 2chairs against order I'd [protected] dated 6-5-2022.but still no progress looking in track order

We have ordered the product " office chair" on Industry buy and we received a damaged product. we almost waited for almost 2 weeks and we did multiple follow-ups over E-mail and customer care numbers. we were not getting a proper response and asked us to wait because of the communication gap with the delivery partner. And all of a sudden we received an email stating that we dint respond to the email within 24 hours and they cancelled our return pickup. We never received any phone call from the company or delivery people

we would like to replace/ return the product. We need the money back for the damaged product.

Order no:[protected], dated: 17 nov 2020, order amount: 18586/-, full advance amount was credited to emtex engineering account on 17 nov 2020, order was auto cancelled 21 nov 2020 and refund was initiated as per industrybuying.Com portal. After many call followups they finally agreed and asked my bank details through email dated: 22 march 2022. After 5 more further followups now the company email dated: 2 may 2022 says that refund cannot be issued as company is closed in which my payment was credited. As per best of my knowledge the ownership rights of company have changed after india mart invests rs 104 cr for 26% stake in industrial platform ib monotaro but still the emtex engineering is still holding 22.4% stake in the company. Also if ownership rights have changed than that does not mean this company can refues my refund as the debtors/creditors would have been loaded into the new company as well. I'd paid to industrybuying.Com and not to some vendor directly and they cannot shrug away from the refund by simply saying that ownership rights have been changed therefore they cannot refund my legitimate money. Please find attached the screenshots and advance/refund receipts issued by industrybuying.Com but they are blankly refusing now.

I had placed order for yato ph00 x 65 mm screwdrivers 2 nos. On 27.04.2022. Product displayed on site appeared to be okay, but on receiving it, it was totally below standards and ruled with tip not tempered nor hardened.

I requested a return & refund through email, called them up twice on the day after i receiving product, tried to explain them everything, but they denied the return request.

Customer care has little or no technical knowledge and are incompetent.

there was no any update from industry buying today(23/04/2022) when i call the customer care person who was so arrogant and simply said your order is cancelled and refund will be on your account as of INR2500 actually i paid INR3530. i will never ever try with this fraudulent site and never recommend ..it is perfectly scam job..

मैंने दिसम्बर २०२१ में INDUSTRYBUYING से पंप ख़रीदा घर के लिए जिस पर मुझे एक साल WARRANTY मिली जब पंप ख़राब हो गया तो मेने ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र पर कॉल किया तो उन्होंने मुझसे पंप के फोटो मांगे उसके बाद return approve हुआ तब मैंने पैक्ड किया और industry buying की तरफ से कोरिएर वाला आया और लेके गया ११/०४/२०२२ को लेकिन आज तक मुझे मेरा रिफंड नहीं मिला है जब ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र पर कॉल करता हूँ तो वो कहते है की हमारे पास अभी कोरिएर प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है
कृपा करके मेरा धन बापस कराये

I order one solar panel around 15000 placed in 26 paid through debit card they promise 1 week time after 20 days I don't get the item so I cancel for the order so still I'm waiting for the refund

Amount of ₹ 1032 paid and order confirmed. But till now no information about material supply.
Earlier also the same way order taken. Payment made but not supplied material. After much correspondence the amount refunded.
If the intention is not to supply why should they take payment and, confirm order & keep quite. .

Sir i had booked product on 18 march 2022 order id [protected] hvlp spray painting machine when it was not showing out of stock but even after 7 days my product is not yet processed and when i talk regarding this product they are saying sir your product will be cancelled by vendor, i mean when a product is booked and reciept is given to customer than how can a vendor suo moto cancel my product please as i had reciept or invoice with me

The chair is tilted on one side so I cannot sit and do my office work. I have requested for refund to which they showcased that they have initiated the return. They asked me to fill very lengthy form. I have filled the form as well.
After many days of continuously follow up through emails and phone, they told item cannot be returned as we have initiated the return and pick up person said that you are not picking your call. I haven't received any calls from anyone of them.
This has happened with my previous order as well around one year back. I thought of filing case back then as well but due to Covid, I didn't do so.
This time I am not leaving them. It is a selfish organisation and doesn't seek any customer satisfaction. The problem customers face, it does not care.

On March 7th 2022 I made a purchase of a HP LASER JET Printer Toner Cartridge Category 18A.for Rs. 2453/-. vide order id no.[protected]. I immediately received an e-mail from SHIPROCKET saying that the order has been packed. It also provided a Tab Button t track the package. However whenever I click on the Track Package Button there has been no further progress. Neither has 'IndustryBuying' sent me any intimation about the STATUS OF DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE. Now I am getting suspicious about the veracity of the Company and have serious doubts whether I have lost the money.

I have not received the item bicycle headlight as per Your confirmation it is informed that the said item will be received on 26.02.2022
please treat the matter as serious and urgent.

I had ordered one Hydraulic press from industry buying on 17th Feb 2022 but the item received was only a analog gauge . The same was taken up with customer care through mails and calls but there is no response from the company.

I had ordered an Ahuja Mic (PRO 3400 of Rs 4597) through Industry buying Portal online on 11th Jan 2022 with PO Number [protected]. But, they delivered a Consignment against this order with different Product, i.e., low variant Product of Ahuja AUD-100XLR ( i think it costs only between Rs 1000-Rs 1500 range). I have made a complaint through their Customer Care ( Customer Care Ticket No.442891 against the Order id [protected]) . They asked me to produce the details & Photos of the Items Delivered through their online Google form. I did the same and they arranged for the Return of items through their Courier Services, Xpressbees. Later, I got the mail from their customer care that they are working on the Refund. I received a mail on Feb 1st that they are in a process to put back the Refund in my Account with 3-4 working days. Nothing happened after a week. Again, I reminded them on Feb 8th & Feb 12th through mail & Phone. No Progress. The latest reply from them was on Feb 14th and it was the assurance of "Getting the Refund within 3 to 5 working days. I am totally frustrated the way this people handled my online order. A Kind of cheating it is. They failed to supply the product what I ordered. In that case, they must refund the amount on time. Now, I don't have any faith in their commitments. So, I request the Concerned people has to interfere it and ensure my money back in the form of refund.
