IndustryBuying.com — Cancellation of product ordered

I had placed an order ID [protected], booking date 31st Jan 24 for Europa hexabolt lock. time of booking it showed stock was available, payment was made, the dispatch and the delivery was on 9th Feb.

Now after 5 days, order is canceled from your end how can Industry buying display the product in your website for sale take the payment and then at your convenience cancel the order, saying the stocks not available, Why was the order accepted in first place and then canceled. I need an explanation on this matter.

This is clear case of misleading and cheating customers at your will.
