IndustryBuying.com — Could not get justice of receiving a faulty machine | |||||
I had placed a order at for a Bosch car washing machine, made the payment at the point of receiving the machine as it was cod. But after several attempts to use the machine, I found out that the machine which is delivered to me is at fault. Then I contacted their customer care and I was advised to send an email at '[protected]@industrybuying.com' Instead of my multiple emails to the above stated email address, I haven't received any confirmation from the company and when I tried to contact them again, I was astonished to know that they never received any email. I guess there is a huge lack of process management and data deletion problem in the company as I have verified the email address many time.
