[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — delivery of defective fans | |||
I placed online order [no.[protected]] on 15th october 2017 for purchase of two havells leganza 1200mm 4 blades gold ceiling fans fhclestbgl48. The fans were delivered to me on 22nd october 2017. I shifted to a new flat and the electrician opened the packet on 24th october for fitting it, we found both of the fans were defective. I immediately tried to contact over telephone on customer care’s phone no.[protected]. Most of the time i got the recorded audio message, “the online customer care executives are busy please stay on line or contact after some time.” after numerous efforts when ever i got connected with the online customer care executives, each time they informed that the server was down and hence they asked me to ring after half an hour. I also sent message to [protected]@industrybuying.com and got a computerized response tat i would be contacted within 48 hours. Incidentally this is 6 days of my complaint, but they failed in even contacting me. I furnish here-under copy of their reply.
