Faulty Product Received.
Backspace Key works on pressing numerous times.
I run my own development company and this product gave me a headache.
I have been trying to work on it for about a week. It wasted my so much time.

Customer care is very poor. Does not give reply for 4 days too.Giving Empty assurances each time but nothing happens.

Very frustrating.
