I ordered 150 asian paints 20 kg putty bags, after 2 days they called me and said seller could not provide me them. Then they said they will provide me 40 kg 75 bags, I said ok. After two days, I saw there was no progress in delivering the product while I was tracking. Then I called industrial buying customer care, they informed me that the product was cancelled from vendors side and I will be refunded. I was shocked, I did not knew what to do, I ordered from a local vendor. Industrial buying then first sent me 50 bags and I got a message that my order was delivered and after 2 days they sent me remaining 25 bags. Now I called the customer care just to know that, there is no return policy. All the shopping sites provide this facility, that is one of the main reasons we go for online buying. Moreover this website and the customer care service, both render information that is not correct, which creates so much confusion. I only wish to return the product that I have ordered.
