[Resolved]  IndustryBuying.com — Industrying has reported that item out for delivery by giving tracking no that does not belong to me

But my shipping address is :

This is the address sent by you in your mail. There is totally a mistake in the delivery address. Either the tracking no provided my me is wrong or the delivery address wrong. Please help me.

Its surprising industrybuying is cheating customer by acting as if they are sending the item. What they have done to my case is they are sending back to their own company Emtex, emtex engineering pvt. Ltd., Delhi, instead of sending it to customer address.

Dear Tombi, we have received your complaint. We are escalating the issue to the concerned department. You will be contacted soon. Team Safexpress.
I have orderered a product on 17nov16.. But after 18 days they made a cancellation of the product stating the vendor issue problem.

It is not the rightway. They made lots of excuses and just try to pass time.
They not even respond to the mails
