Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had ordered a Pallet Truck and paid the full amount in advance on 12 or 13 Sep 16 and also provided all documents.

I am yet to receive the item. I tried contacting their customer care. After repeated attempts one lady said that the item has been dispatched, however she will speak to their Technical Team and revert back which she never did.

Another lady, Ms Nisha, on Online Chat of IndustryBuying said not to worry she will do the needful asap but their Server was down. I have not go any info.

One Mr Nirbhay who contacted me before the sale, now does not answer my call.

This is the worst kind of E-Commerce bringing bad name to India. Shall never buy from this site ever. Most untrustworthy.

We wish to inform that we have finally received the item at DTDC Warehouse Karwar on 17 Oct 16.

The item has not yet been delivered to our office though.

We intend to pick it up ourselves soon. Hopefully the item will not be damaged.

This is for your information and records pse.

We will update status further on physically receiving the item.
