I Had booked Godrej Fire Resistant Safe - Centiguard 560 on June 6th and I got a mail that the product has been dispatched on 10th. Again on 18th June I received a email with track ID and will be delivered within 2 - 3 days. When I'm checking the track ID in safeexpress website, it is telling no records. Every time When I call customer care they are telling me to wait for 2 days for them to check the status. Its almost 23 days over, still there is no track of product and even industry buying team is not able to track. Worst support Kindly help Was this information helpful? | |||||
