[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — no response from customer care and order booked and already paid

This is with reference to my order[protected], bosch high pressure car and home washer, ordered on 26th oct and till date there is no update on what is happening to the order, when i try to call customer care they are not picking the call and not sure when they will deliver, i have already paid and really concerned about it. They cannot be so careless with customers
