[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — non refund of items which was returned | |||||
Dear Sir, I had ordered qty 2 steel rack from Industry Buying (Order number[protected] dated 24 Jun 2018. The item was received on 05 Jul 2018 but it was damaged in transit. There was no packing done, just it was wrapped with a plastic sheet (bubble wrap). I returned the item by FEDEX (Tracking No:[protected] on 10 Jul 2018. Mr. Sumit promised to refund the amount of Rs. 5, 638 within 3 days of receipt of item. I have sent multiple reminders and emails to him but they are not responding.
