I have ordered a brush cutter on 19 jul and after waiting for a week, I have called the customer care, They said it will dispacthed today . Also they update the status as the item has been dispacthed. after 2 days when i see the tracking details it says it is cancelled. Again after calling customer care they confirmed that the tracking number updated is wrong and the item has been dispacthed already and they would share the new tracking number shortly over mail. after waiting for a day there no progress or update. Again upon calling customer care they just cut the call twice and third time a guy said the order has been cancelled and they have no controll over the cancellation. Im very dissapointed with the way the customer service treat and behave with the customer . And also my payment also not reveresed.
