[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — order cancelled but money not refunded | |||||
Complaint against order number :[protected] I have ordered 10 jcb electric planers with order no.[protected] from industrybuying.com on 22th June 2018 of amount 27500. The payment has been made through NEFT as there were no COD option. After the order was placed, its more than 1 month they didn't dispatch it. All the time I call the customer care they just told me that the order didn't shipped due to some vendor problems and asked me to wait 2 more everytime i call and at last I have to cancel my order. On 24th july i have cancelled my order. I have sent all my bank details to them. I got a mail from the customer care team saying they will process the refund within 2/3 days and it will reflect in my account within 6/7 days. But as of now I haven't received any refund from them. So i want to raise a complaint so that I can get the refund as soon as possible.. Please help me Was this information helpful? | |||||
