Dear sir, I have placed order through industrybuying.com. My order id is 940436. My order name is neelgagan weather brown gamma chair, quantity: 2. When i have called the customer care people told me that they will dispatch the product within 4 to 7 days. Now today their executive is saying that it will take 2-3 days more. I am fed up of their service as they have been giving me fake promises since beginning. Please look into this and resolve this matter for me at the earliest.
