I placed the order for sukam solar dc 120 on july 2, 2017. I didn't receive my order for 24 days even after complaining about the delay. They finally cancelled my order on july 26, 2017 without my consent. Now, they are asking me to reorder it at a higher price. Prices of products everyday and the customer pays the price mentioned on the day he ordered the product. What's this way of dealing with customers - that you cancel the order when the prices increase and ask them to reorder. Was this information helpful? | |

We also like to inform you that prices of the product is increased or decreased on daily basis according to the availability of the product with vendors.
