Dear Sir/Madam, I am Vivek Kumar Saha from 550, Block - N, New Alipore, Kolkata-53. I ordered Livguard LA415-VX Voltage Stabilizer for 2Ton AC online wedsite called industrybuying.com on 24th August 2016 but instead of sending my required model they delivered me Livguard LA417-VX Voltage Stabilizer for upto 1.5 Ton AC on 2nd September 2016. When I complained about this on very much on 2nd September 2016 they are nil interested to rectify there mistake.Please help me its a mental harsssment for me.
