I had placed orders for 2 products out of which only one item was shipped and the second item was not shipped, stating non availability by the company, hence you said that the refund amount coming to rs 1618.25 would be refunded,
But as of till date you have not refunded the above and during online chat with nisha from your company you have stated stated you have sent it to my bank for which i had never given details as i had paid the above amount thru credit card only.
As you have only cancelled the order for one of the items as per your order number [protected] due to non availability of one product on 1st feb 2018,, you have stated that you have refunded the same on 2nd feb 2018, as per your transaction id[protected], and given me my reference id [protected], as emailed by you to me,
