To whomsoever it may concern, My name is vaibhav, i ordered a product through industry buying (Tracking#[protected]) on 17/10/17. Ib handed over the product to xpressbees to deliver, xpressbees is a very unprofessional courier company. It has been the third day since the promised delivery date (21/10/17) and no sign of my product yet. Upon tracking the product on ib/xpressbees, i came to know that the xpressbees personnel wrongfully mentioned that i refused to accept the product, which is a plain lie, because i received no call on my mentioned mobile number, neither did anyone showup at the door. The aforementioned product was bought to be gifted to someone, but non delivery of the product on the promised date defeated the whole purpose. I hold industry buying responsible for handing over my courier to xpressbees, a company that has no customer support whatsoever, that never shares the delivery personnel phone number with consignee, that has a very bad delivery record. Industry buying has chosen a very bad delivery partner, i hope that my product gets delivered asap, and that no one else has to suffer like me. A humble request to ib to blacklist xpressbees. Oct 25, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I picked up the product from xpressbees hub. It was lying there all the time, just 1km from my address.
