[Resolved]  Industrybuying — Delay in refund

I have made an order for stanley hydraulic bottle jack on 20th june 2016 with an order number 673944 wherein i have received a product on 27th june 2016 which is used and old. therefore i have registered a complaint and returned the product on 01st july 2016 which is reached to the supplier on 05th july 2016. till then i have made several written and oral communications to industrybuying customer support team at [protected]@industrybuying.com and at their toll free customer help desk number[protected]. they have collected my bank account details and only promising that my refund will be credited to my back account. however i have not received my refund yet. my order details are given below.
