As mentioned in above subject i have ordered one laptop of worth rs.7999 from shopsclues and they shipped via book my packet courier service which now shows this status as delivered my shipment without i have any single call or nobody come to my address which i have given, so how they can do this such illiterate thing as they just handover shipment without showing customers id card or anything's... Or i want to file case against them for their careless activity
