Infibeam — Bought a television

I bought a television from infibeam site under Order ID # 16849213 on September 19th spent Rupees 56000+ and i still don;t have the TV. I made several phone calls to then and also sent them e mails, They keep on saying please give some more time for shipment and yet it has not been shipped!! They are giving generic replies to the e mails and this issue is not moving forward. I asked for a refund and have not received a response from them yet, please help me get my TV or a refund. my phone number [protected]
