[Resolved] Infibeam — broken vu 4k 43 inch, led delivered lingering resolution | |||
I paid 38268/- on 2Aug17 against VU 4K 43inch LED TV, which was delivered on 9Aug17 against order no 20299517. VU company engineer came for installation found it broken, which mentioned in his report on 10Aug17. Since then, company is indulging in delaying taktics. Today, they asked me to wait for another 10 days. I feel cheated as I am suffering with no fault of mine.Why didn't they told before placing order that a faulty product delivery shall put customer at receiving end. I want my money back.
