Infibeam — Cheated by infibeam and its seller | |||||
I ordered a DELL 221H LED monitor from Infibeam. They had promised that they send ONLY NEW factory-sealed items. However, when I got the shipment on 25th June 2016, it looked like it was a returned item from anothjer customer. The box was also missing a part (a VGA cable which is supposed to be in the sales package) When I called Infibeam immedialtely after discovering that a part was missing, their representative assured me that they will set things right within 48 hours. It is now more than 168 hours and NOTHING has been done by Infibeam. My subsequent emails to them have not yielded any results Was this information helpful? | |||||

It is totally a crap website.it tempts customers with their attractive discounts but when you receive the product the quality is horrible.The call center staff is also horrible.They are not trained and professional at all.They always find out excuses on how to not return or replace the product.kindly beware of this crap website
