[Resolved] Infibeam.com — delay in delivery of item purchased and lack of customer care support | |||
Dear team, I've purchased a Blackberry Z10 from Infibeam.com on March 6, 2014 by order no 12747927 on EMI, which was informed to be shipped on March 15, 2014 as per the details sent over email from the company. I received a mail on March 27, 2014 that my order will be shipped on April 9, 2014 after many queries to the customer support. Finally my order was shipped on 4th April, 2014. Since then i have received no update regarding the package from Infibeam or from the logistical partner. The customer care of infibeam has not been of any use at any instance. They never properly answered the queries regarding the status of my order and I as a customer is deeply offended by such unprofessional attitude of the company and its customer care team.
