I have ordered Belkin Router from infibeam.com on 5/2/14. I have received the same on 7/2/14, but some materials like set up cd with user manual & warranty card were not available along with it. I had called on 7th Feb itself & they told me you will get response within 48 working hours. Again I had given a call on Monday & at that time, I came to know that my complaint was not registered on 7th due to some technical issue. Again I had given a call on Tuesday evening. Even I told them that I wanted to return the router instead of continuous follow-up, but the response was "Madam, our Technical team is working on it & we will get back to you within 24 hours." Again today I called them & today I got same answer "We will get back to within 24 hours". Over & above that I haven't received a single call from infi beam regarding delay or non-receipt of some material
Even today (12th Feb) also I asked them the material return procedure, but the material is not defective so the returning policy can not work here. I don't know now how can I resolve this problem.
