Infibeam.com — Items not delivered

It is to mention that I ordered three books on infibeam.com on 27 may, 2017. Out of three one was delivered. For other two books they are asking for photo id which is inappropriate as I've never uploaded any id proof for online shopping so far. That uploading too isn't working. The customer care number is no more valid! The Order ID is 20121201 and the sub order id which are undelivered are:

I paid the Rs. 662 online via debit card.

The status for undelivered order is showing as in processing.

Please help me in getting the remaining items delivered at the earliest
