My Infibeam order number is 12439061, I have made the order on 15th of january 2014, i was told that my proct will be shipped in a week, nothing has happened for more than a month. I have made various calls to their customer care of which i had the worst of the experience as they never had the information regarding the shipment of my product. Few weeks later they told me that they will give me alternate for the TV which i ordered as that particular model was not in stock(Remember this happened weeks after the order was made), then i dint receive any information for the alternate product as well, then i started calling then again regarding the shipment. Then i told tham that i will complain in the consumer forum if they will not deliver my product(Remember that i said this after a month of the order). They then told me that they will make the shipment. My father received the product today which was broken. I filed the complaint again with them, now they are telling me it will take another 20- 30 days(remember that this is something they are saying) and according to their speed it will take another 6 months for the entire process i guess. I seriously think that they have sipped me the broken TV which they already might be having so that i will keep Quiet for a while. I have made the payment of RS24000(approx) and its been more than 1 month and 7 days the order has been made, and i am still suffering. This has by far been the worst online shopping experience of my life.
