[Resolved] Infibeam.com — Violating 100% buyers protection | |
I brought a bsnl penta ws-708c from infibeam on 06 July 2013 (Order Id[protected], Invoice no-DT[protected].In the specification in is written 1 year of manufacturer warranty . After using the product for 4 month it began to show some technical problem then i went to the authorize service center in kolkata (chandni chok area) after some days the return to me without repairing the tablet. They told that panta company itself not helping them to repair the tab . Then i sent a mail to penta customer care and they reply to me in June 2014 and told me to go jadavpur near KCP hospital . Then I went there the service center people told me that infibeam is not signatories to the PTPL Service Policy and PENTA does not recognize them as authorized channel partners for selling there products so they will not help me to repair if also I also agree to paid them(although the product warranty is not over). So I then call infibeam on 7 June on 6 pm and told them the matter they told me to give a written record what penta service center told, so I requested penta service team to give me a written and they gave me after that I forword that mail to them and they said me to wait for 48 hours but after they told my that they will able to give only RS 300(three hundred) but I denied because my product it self cost RS 5999 and I expend about RS 500 on call them and take the product to the service center then they told that they can not give more then that but I have to wait, but today is 13 June till now they not able to give a reasonable reason and a specific time . But infibeam told they give 100% protection to the buyers as they said . Now my question is how came a non registered seller became a online megastore and selling non registered product and giving 100% buyer protection (when I brought it was written in the web site) and when times came they giving RS 300 not in cheque or in direct money but they adjust the money in the next purchases. So I will be very helpful if I get the total price Rs 5999 and my transport and phone cost and please look after the above mater . Was this information helpful? | |
