raised on line order request and paid through credit card where in defective mobile got delivered where the battery drains fast with just 3 or 4 calls and the system get heated while getting charging. Raised the request with the infy beam custcare and provided all the required documents. they are asking for a DOA from the center which is not ready to give. they just given the service receipt where they clearly mentioned that mobile is having issue.
But the custcare of infybeam is demanding for DOA without which they will close the Service request.
The service center which 35 kms away from my residence (one way) that incurs Rs.600/- taxi charge which i had already spent.
Desirable solution : Refund of my money.
Spoken with their custcare head -Mr.Jiger who assured to provide the solution within 3days where in today received a call from Tarun who spoke rude and interested in closing the SR but helping me.
