[Resolved] Infibeam — Delay in getting product | |||
Order 14096237 was placed by me on 15 Dec 2014 after making 100% upfront payment. The product was XOLO Opus3 mobile phone. I was tracking the shipment almost every day. For reasons best known to them, the product has not been delivered to me till the end of 6th day. There was no intimation from their end proactively about the delay in despatching till I contacted them. They wasted the whole day & called up in the evening just to say that I need to wait till Monday to recieve the product as their courier team were not working over the weekend. DISGRACE ON INFIBEAM & THEIR COURIER TEAM. They failed in fulfilling my request of delivering the product by the evening of the 6th day. On my request, the customer service executive transferred the call to her higher up. Despite hearing to all my complaints he had only one answer which bluntly said "I can not help you as it is a weekend". I'm totally disappointed at the way INFIBEAM handle customer escalations. He was not ready at all to put me across to his higher up which is again a bad practice. INFIBEAM have confirmed that Customer satisfaction is their least priority. For no fault of mine, I could not honour my commitment made at my end though I made 100% upfront payment & more over kept my faith & belief on INFIBEAM. They are not trustworthy & I got the shock of betrayal of trust. Was this information helpful? | |||
