Infibeam — Delay in Shipping | |||
I purchased mobile in infibeam using debit card on 15 June and I got product ID 16082949 and it was supposed to be shipped within two days just like any other website normally ship at most in two days. However, Infibeam did not ship and later I was tired calling to their customer care who would say issue would be solved in 48 hours. However, later I wrote to them that in case they have issue with color which was already available when I choose and they even accept it, later I gave them more option to ship mobile in any color. Their executive called and told that they would ship me white color mobile. However till today 22 June there is no sign of shipping and whenever I call, they reply it would be certainly shipped next day but not telling how much time after all they need to do shipping and get the tracking number from courier. As they take so much time to give back money, customer cant even cancel the order as its more waste of time. Hope Infibeam CEO or Consumer Forum Officials are reading this and help the customers from similar harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||
