Infibeam — didn't received product even after a month neither got the money back 10 days after the product is picked up

I have placed an order of an Air conditioner with order id[protected]which was a gift to my dad) from INFIBEAM.COM on date 25 May, 2015, gati.com (infibeam's so called logistics partner) gave me a assured delivery date of 04-JUN-2015, but i was little sad as the promised date passed away, i called infibeam, and asked for an status update they (Mr. Amarjeet from customer care) said it's delayed a bit by our (infibeam) courier partner, i was sad but its okay then product get delivered on 6th June 2015, my dad called, but told me that indoor unit of Air conditioner is missing !!! i was angry by the time, i called #infibeam again (asked for Mr. Amarjeet as he promised me that he will personally take care of my case.), then couple of days passed no information of missing units, i called him again on 14th june 2015 and he asked me one more day for a status update (that is how they handle personally), after a day i got to know that their courier partner Gati had misplaced the indoor unit and there is no information about it, i said well i don't want order now, they said they will raise a pickup request the request was raised on 15th of June 2015, after 3 days of pickup request no one appeared at my place to pick up the outdoor unit of that AC, i sent an email to them on 18th June for pickup, no reply from them till June 20 2015, in between this pickup, many other people spoke to me from infibeam so called senior managerial staff, but no solution has been provided to me yet and my money of amount 41, 394 is still on hold (i am super sad), then finally Pickup guy appeared at my home on 22nd june 2015 !!! and finally picked up the outdoor unit, till date 8th July 2015, i was waiting that my money will be sent to my account but no information has been delivered to me regarding this case, so finally i called and asked for Mr. Amarjeet (the person who handled the case personally), i was angry off course i will be and spoke to him again the same word i will confirm from Logistics team and will revert to you, i get more angry and asked him to put my call to some senior staff Then Mr. Xavier came into the picture, and told me as off now we can't do any thing as i don't have an status update, i will update you till 7 PM today (8 July, 2015). this is how the infibeam handle their customer and order? i have attached all screentshots of my conversation and order pages etc, please help me in getting my money back from Fraud E-Com portal Infibeam. i am writing after almost a month i could have done this before, i gave them enough time, i bear a lot of patience. but now its enough !!!
