I had ordered an LED TV (Order No[protected] on 17th May that was to be shipped by 24th May. When I called up, their representative confirmed the availability. On 24th May, when I followed up, they mentioned that they will need 2 more days to ship the item. On 26th May, when I called them up again, they mentioned that the item is not in stock and need 2-3 days more.
Taking in to account negative reviews online, I decided that cancellation will be the best option. As per Infibeam, they require 2 days to confirm a cancellation order. However, I still have not received a confirmation for the cancellation till today May 31st.
They also have mentioned the reversing the amount on my credit card may take up to 21 days.
The product that I ordered still shows as "In Stock" and the Order Status still shows as "Shipping in Progress".
I will advise everyone to avoid Infibeam as their website and representatives do not show the true picture. Was this information helpful? |
