Infibeam — Faulty ambrane power bank | |||||
Hi, This is regarding the order ID 18420147 and sub order ID 28016718. I have received faulty power bank. It charges for 10 seconds and then stops and then again charges and stops. Hence it is unable to charge the phone, i want to return this faulty product and get my refund. Ordered on 17 Apr, 2016 Delivered 22 April, 2016 On 22nd April 2016, i complained about the product not working to infibeam, sent photos of the product and everything they asked. I clearly told i want REFUND. Till 25th April I did not get any response from Infibeam. So i again mailed them and their reply was to contact ambrane company itself. How can ambrane refund me the order amount when infibeam sold it to me? Then called up the on the phone number mentioned on their website on 26 April 2016. The guy sitting on the phone did not give any useful response and told me to lodge a compaint where ever i wished to.. Infibeam is such a unprofessional e-commerce site. MORAL: NEVER BUY FROM INFIBEAM!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
