Infibeam — Faulty product delivered; refund not done; no concrete reply to emails or calls | |||||
I ordered online from Infibeam an Ambrane P[protected]mAh) Power Bank, black grey in January 2016 (order ID : 17682087; sub order ID:[protected] and received it on 14th January. The product delivered was faulty, non- functional and a used one. After a lot of communication and sending mails and digitals repeatedly, the faulty product was picked up from me on 29th Jan and I received confirmation (order ID : 17682087 RMA ID: 36916 ) on 3rd Feb 2016. Since then I have been constantly chasing the Infibeam team for resolution, but have only received mails mentioning that it is still being reviewed. I have been asking for an immediate refund because it is more than a month now, but am unable to get any response or refund. I request you to kindly get this matter resolved immediately.
