Dear sir,
I purchased the Symphony Air cooler Ninja on 01 May and received the faulty product 12 may 2017.
In this connection I several times contacted the customer service team, but nobody resolve the issue of refund, cheated to me by giving faulty product.However during correspondance I attached the service engineer call report, but nobody bother about the customer grievance.
I request you please give me justice.
