Purchased IFB Clothes Dryer on 15h October and received on 18th October. Th unit had a dent at the bottom and I claimed replacement. There was no response from Infibeam and after lot of follow-up, finally the replacement arrived on 3-Nov. IFB Tech visited for installation on 5th Nov and checked that the machine had broken parts in the inside. Again I had to contact Infibeam and asked for refund. They have now given me an approx. 1 month time period to process the request and confirm either it will be a refund or another replacement. I am being cheated by Infibeam as they are shipping damaged products on purpose and now delaying the procedure. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
