[Resolved] Infibeam — Infibeam not processing refund after cancelling order. | |||
This is in reference to the item with order ID: 13454946. I purchased the item( HP 450 laptop) from Infibeam on August 8. The amount of Rs 28950 was paid in full. After that, there was no response from them about the purchase. The order status was saying: in processing. After 2 weeks of purchase, they told me that the item is not in stock and will process refund. Till date the refund process is not inititated and it seems like some fraudulent activity. They seem like cheating the customers with listing items which are not in stock and not refunding the paid amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
